The location was great and the facilities were suitable for both family and business meetings. I had a positive experience using the hotel's amenities and it provided everything I needed during my stay.

As a businessman, I would have appreciated having a designated area where I could work or hold meetings.

Clean room with a small balcony. Spa had two jacuzzis, nordic sauna, steam sauna, and saltwater pool. Restaurant had fine food and breakfast had good variations. Only 50 euro for 1 night, including spa and breakfast for 2 persons. Great value for money.

Relaxing stay at a spacious suite with a great view of the town. the staff was incredibly helpful and nice, ready to accommodate our needs. the cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch and the hot tub in the suite was a nice touch. the restaurant served tasty food with generous portions, although it lacked variety. the prices were fair and reasonable. a perfect location for a family stay with playgrounds for the kids and well-equipped rooms. The spa facilities were superb, providing everything we needed without having to leave the building. Cons: Nothing, all was great! 👍.

Sauna wasn't getting hot enough.

A lovely, cozy place with fresh air and a comforting atmosphere. Spotless rooms with all necessary amenities. The breakfast was really good. The resort is perfect for a relaxing and hiking vacation in Romania. Lots of activities to do in the area.

Spent the most wonderful Christmas at the hotel in a picturesque town surrounded by the stunning mountains. the perfect hideaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. the hotel's staff were lovely and offered a warm welcome. the ambiance of the hotel was cozy with warm colors, a fireplace, and stylish decor. the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner had a good choice of dishes available. the views from our room were breathtaking and the ideal location to take stunning photos. We loved the larger variety of routes for cross-country skiing and trekking.

The parking area was inconvenient due to snow piled up, and the driveway was icy and dangerous. the staff could have shown a bit more guidance during dinner and offered some recommendations regarding the best skiing routes.

Loved chilling in the Relax Zone with hammocks and saltwater tub, enjoying the stunning panorama. Hotel is in a beautiful location, close to Lake Ursu. Spa discount was a plus.

The "Spa" was a laughable experience - broken jacuzzis, non-functioning saunas, ants in the steam bath. Definitely not up to par.

The rooms at Hotel Relax Sovata are absolutely amazing! They have a cozy seating area where you can kick back and relax after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom is a total game-changer, allowing you to freshen up in peace. Plus, the flat-screen TV with cable channels and the balcony add an extra touch of luxury. Trust me, you'll feel like royalty staying here!

The only thing I wasn't a big fan of was the balcony. It's just my personal opinion though, some people might really enjoy it.

The children had a great time exploring the two playgrounds on the premises. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it for a perfect family vacation.

For dads, it would be great to have more sunbeds available in the spa area.
